A person can be absent from PSOR for several lawful reasons. Do not infer that an absent name proves there was never a conviction. A court file addresses the conviction itself, while PSOR answers whether Michigan currently publishes a registration profile.

Michigan charges a one-time $50 initial registration fee and a $50 annual fee until a $550 maximum is reached. A fee flag is not the same as an address or verification violation. The public profile’s tier and status fields should be read with the statute rather than merged into one judgment.
