About Menominee County Criminal History

Menominee County criminal records are divided among the Sheriff, the 95A District Court, the County Clerk for 41st Circuit Court, and Michigan agencies. The Michigan State Police Criminal Justice Information Center maintains statewide history, while the Michigan Public Sex Offender Registry and Department of Corrections serve other record needs. We organize those official paths so readers can identify the right portal, counter, or telephone line before making a request.

Why We Built This Site

Michigan provides several routes to public criminal history, but no single source contains the whole Menominee County record. The Sheriff and jail create incident, booking, custody, and bond information. The 95A District Court keeps misdemeanors and the early stages of every adult felony, while the County Clerk maintains 41st Circuit Court felony files after bind-over. The Michigan State Police Criminal Justice Information Center operates ICHAT, and the Michigan Department of Corrections and Michigan Public Sex Offender Registry maintain separate statewide systems. This site brings the verified contacts, fees, search routes, and request steps for those offices into one reference.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site, not a Menominee County or Michigan government service. It has no affiliation with a court, sheriff, police department, or state agency. Those boundaries mean:

  • We cannot issue certified court papers, criminal histories, or other official records
  • We cannot submit a Michigan set-aside application, FOIA request, or court filing for you
  • We cannot run an official background check or retrieve a person's record
  • We cannot interpret a charge, warrant, or case as legal advice
  • We cannot promise that an agency's fee, address, hours, or procedure has not changed

An official copy must come from the Menominee County office or Michigan agency that maintains it. This site can identify that source but cannot issue the document.

Search Partners

Outside providers power search boxes that appear on some pages. Each provider controls its own service, results, prices, and terms. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee for this site, which helps fund public access to the reference material. We neither set the provider's charges nor decide which records appear in its results.
