Use these contacts to route a Menominee County criminal-record request to the office that holds it. The 95A District Court and County Clerk maintain different stages of court cases. County Administration receives written FOIA requests for non-traffic Sheriff reports, while the jail answers custody questions. This private site cannot obtain or alter a record, but the verified addresses, hours, and phone numbers below identify the official starting point.

The Sheriff does not publish a separately named records division. The office accepts county FOIA requests online, in person, or by mail and is open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sheriff administration is at the same courthouse, with hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and a switchboard number of 906-863-7779. Jail and civil-process mail goes to the Menominee County Sheriff's Office, 831 10th Avenue, Menominee, MI 49858. Correctional staff answer 906-863-4441 at all hours, and jail administration is open from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time.

For court records, the 95A District Court Clerk is at 839 10th Avenue, Menominee, MI 49858, and can be reached at 906-863-8532 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays. The Menominee County Clerk and 41st Circuit Court counter is on the courthouse's second floor at the same address. Call 906-863-9968 during weekday hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; the clerk's counter remains open through lunch.
